There are 3 popular sunset lights for you to choose from:

You can adjust the color or dim the brightness on your mobile phone. There is also an infrared remote control, which can also control the light.
2. Use infrared remote control and 4 color filters, you can create more colors with the help of filters.
3. No remote control or app is needed, you can change the color by changing the filter. You can get at least 4 colors.

Can I edit/cancel my order or change my delivery address?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship.

Please contact us immediately to cancel or modify the order within 24 hours. Otherwise, we'll be happy to start a return for you when you get the package.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't get it, a few things may have occurred:

Your delivery person marked your package as delivered in advance, and the package may still be on the way;

A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you. If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after fourteen days, please let us know at service@ktvhomes.com.
